Privacy notice
This notice explains how information shared with Adrienne Westman through this website is handled.
Information collected
Information is collected only when you choose to enter it into a form on this website. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, organisation, country or market, the nature of your enquiry and the short message you write.
Why it is collected
The information is collected for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and to respond to it. It is not used for unrelated marketing, it is not sold, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.
How the forms currently work
When you submit a form, your entries are checked and then stored securely in a cloud-hosted database used by this website. Access is restricted to Adrienne Westman and to authorised persons and authorised service providers, including the cloud and email service providers that operate the underlying infrastructure on her behalf, who may access it only as necessary to run and support the website. An internal notification of your enquiry is sent by email so that it is seen, and a short acknowledgement of receipt may be sent to you. Where a conversation continues, it will normally continue by ordinary email or another channel you choose.
Preventing abuse of the forms
To protect the forms from automated and repeated abuse, limited technical signals about a submission are processed. These are converted into a one-way hashed reference rather than retained in their original form, so raw IP addresses are not stored. This is used only to detect and limit abusive submissions, never to identify or track you across other websites.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and anything shared in the course of them are kept only for as long as they remain relevant to that enquiry or to an ongoing relationship, or for as long as applicable law requires, and are then deleted. Anti-abuse references are short-lived and are not kept beyond the period needed for that purpose.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests can be made through the contact page and will be actioned within a reasonable period.
What not to send
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or financial information, identity documents, or confidential third-party material and personal data belonging to others, through the forms on this website. No representation is made about the technical security of internet transmission, so share only what is appropriate at each stage.
Changes to how information is handled
If the way information is stored or processed changes in future, this notice will be updated before that change takes effect so that it continues to describe only what is actually in place.
This notice may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version.
